Costa Rica enemy of sharks

Costa Rica is now preparing to export 10 tons of hammerhead shark fins. INCOPESCA already declared hammerhead, silky, thresher and WHALE shark of fishery interest. Lets all remember the Ministry of Environment renounced its obligation to protect these species and abide by CITES.
